Counselling & Psychotherapy

People come to counselling for many different reasons.

Seeking the help of a counsellor often feels like a big step. Most people want to reduce distress, create a better understanding of their lives and make changes to more fully engage in a life that has meaning and value for them.

Counselling is confidential and provides a safe place to begin to make change. It’s an opportunity to talk about difficulties but also to develop insight and understanding, to connect to your own strengths and learn new skills and ways of being.
